This is caused by my installation of old beamer in /home/chiao/texmf.
/bin/rm -rf /home/chiao/texmf/tex/latex/beamer
/bin/rm -rf /home/chiao/texmf/tex/latex/pgf
texhash /home/chiao/texmf
