Open cmd  in administer mode

Run printmanagement.msc

 

Delete some items in 驅動程式名稱，e.g. HP M14/17 (This caused the trouble for me!)

 

update drupal 9-1

1. cd public_html/drupal9
2. composer update (YES, simply run this command. That's good enough. It will update everything including core drupal 9.1.5.)
